Margaux Duprat, community manager needed a site in his image and easy to use in order to present his work, his projects, … to potential customers. Her request was to create a website “with pages”, an important criterion because she did not want to have a “one-page” website as many are today. The website also included a simple menu for the site in “computer” version and not a burger menu, and rather pastel colors (blue, green, mauve).
I proposed to Margaux to realize, together, a custom website and based on the CMS WordPress. We chose WordPress because this CMS is simple to understand, and there are today many plugins to add to the site with a simple click! I realized this site to make it aesthetic by adding, for example, small, rather discreet animations at the mouse passages. In addition to being aesthetic, I made it entirely (or almost) editable by integrating WordPress an advanced options page related to the theme, this page allows to modify the description of the site, modify the links of social networks, or add options to particular pages. I really liked working on this project, maybe a little too much, two days before putting the site online, I allowed myself to create and add to the theme an extension to display buttons for sharing articles on social networks, this option is disabled by default, but can be activated at any time from the theme’s advanced options page.
